How your website template is designed:

ROOT FOLDER

1. Your website has a file named “index.html” in your root folder. This is where the Web server will direct the visitors when they type in your-address.com

Remark: Do not edit “index.html”

2. There ware 2 folders in your root folder:

            a. _html is where your pages are located

            b. _graphics is where the website graphics are located.

Remark: Do not place new graphics or pictures in “_graphics”.

_HTML FOLDER

3. The file stylesheet.css contains display and layout information for your entire website.

Remark: Do not editstylesheet.css

4. _english contains the actual pages that are displayed on your website.

Remark: _local/ folder is for display in your local language.

_ENGLISH and _LOCAL

5. In these folders, you have .html documents and folders.

Remark: Do not edit the folders.

Remark: Do not edit “en_iframe.html”

How to add information on your website:

Remark: Only edit files (and not folders) that are located in html/_english/

By default, you have 8 files to manage:

· Calendar.html

· contact.html

· country.html

· itf.html

· multimedia.html

· news.html

· taekwon-do.html

· welcome.html

To edit a file, right click the file, on the contextual menu that appears, select open with, and then select “Microsoft Word” (or similar name like Word 2003, Office Word, Open Office Writer, etc.).

Remark: Edit the pages with advanced text editors such as Microsoft Word, Open Office Writer or Apple Pages. Editing the files with webpage creators such as FrontPage or Dreamweaver may or may not result in display problems. Keep a safe copy of the template in case something happens to key files.

Now you can edit the content of your website as if you were simply writing letters. Once you are done, save your file and close the text editor.

Remark: When adding links (hyperlinks) in your pages, make sure they open in new windows:

1. select the word to link

2. then "Hyperlink"

3. then write the address where its linking

4. then click the button "target Frame..."

5. then choose "New Window"

How to add pictures and movies

I suggest you upload pictures in a Picasa album (free, picasa.google.com) and movies in a

YouTube channel (www.youtube.com ).

Simply add the links to your album and channel, as in the website template bundle.
